2015-2016 Season Tickets

The Murfreesboro Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the 2015-2016 season! Season tickets are the best way to enjoy the music of the MSO and include the following events for season ticket holders:

Our 34th Season opens on November 6, 2015 with "Made in America: The MSO Salutes Our Veterans." This program features Sousa's Washington Post March and "Lincoln Portrait for Narrator and Orchestra" by Aaron Copland.

The second concert, "Sounds of Christmas," and features the Murfreesboro Symphony Chorus and a reprise performance by Murfreesboro's own Katherine Sandoval Taylor, soprano.

March brings us a concert close to the heart of our Maestro, Joseph Lee, "The Unanswered Question," This concert features short pieces by Arvo Part and Charles Ives, with centerpieces including Schubert's "Unfinished Symphony" and Beethoven's glorious "Fourth Piano Concerto" featuring MTSU's Arun Nadgir.

Our final concert features music of Sibelius and Beethoven. "Finlandia" opens the program followed by the Sibelius Violin Concert.
